Because Ambler has the busiest train station on the R5 rail line, we use meters for regulating parking. When commuters park their cars all day in the downtown, they take spaces away from our shoppers and visitors.  The meters will help free up convienient spaces for shoppers and other visitors.

Fifty cents buys you 1 hour of parking on all meters
4 hour limit in the 3 lots
2 hour limit on side streets

Whatever your destination in downtown Ambler, you are never more than 1 block from a parking lot and not more than 50 feet from a space on the street.

Parking meters are checked from 8AM until 6PM. Ttickets are $10 ... paying a few cents makes a lot of sense!
